Bumper car rides are designed in a such a way that car collide without much danger to the rides .Each
car as large rubber bumper all around it, which prolongs the impact and diffuses the force of the collision. The bumper
cars run on electricity, carried by a pole on the back of the car that leads up to a wire grid in the ride’s ceiling.
The gird carries the electricity that runs the car .Electrical energy carried to the cars from the grid is converted to
kinetic energy, some of which is converted to heat. This robot consist of touch sensor, placed behind the bumper ,
whenever bumper hits any obstacle it triggers the touch sensor then according to the program robot will stop for a while
and comes back then it will take a left or right turn.
REAL TIME APPLICATIONS:
A saw is a tool that uses a hard blade, wire, or chain with a toothed edge to cut through softer
materials. A saw may be worked by hand, or powered by steam, water, electricity or other power. An abrasive saw uses a
powered circular blade for cutting metal.
WORKING PROCEDURE:
- Build the model Bumper car using building instructions.
- Click on the NOVASOFT icon then the programming window will open.li>
- Design the program for Bumper car as instructed.
- Switch on the NOVABOT..
- Connect the USB cable from system to the NOVABOT and upload the program.
- Watch the model how it works.
